The fun way to host music bingo. Only on Mac.
Sort your playlists at home, print your cards, show up ready. BeatsBingo runs entirely on your Mac — no internet needed at the venue, no surprise limits, no faff.
7-day free trial · no payment needed to start
Everything you need for the night in one window.
Pick a playlist, push Start Game, play clips, watch the claims come in. The venue display mirrors the middle pane only, so your controls stay private.
Built for the room, not the demo.
-
Works offline
Once your music and rounds are set up at home, the Mac runs the entire night without an internet connection.
-
Uses your own music
Drop in the videos you already own. BeatsBingo doesn’t stream or lock you into someone else’s library.
-
Print or network cards
Print paper cards in advance or let players join on their phones over the venue’s wifi. Or both, in the same round.
-
3×3, 4×4 & 5×5 grids
Quick fillers or full-length rounds. Pick the grid size that fits the slot you’ve got.
-
Multi-window display
Keep the host controls private on your Mac and push a separate display to the venue’s big screen.

Host on Mac. Players on their phones. Or paper. Or all three.
Every venue is different. BeatsBingo works whether your punters are glued to their phones, whether the pub just has a printer and nothing else, or whether the crowd is a bit of both.

TAP WHEN YOU'VE GOT A LINE
Mark a square when you hear a clip that fits the genre. First to a line shouts “LINE!” — verify with your host.
The questions we keep getting.
-
Does it really work offline?
Yes. Once your music and rounds are set up at home on your Mac, BeatsBingo runs the night without an internet connection. You only need wifi if you want players to join on their phones over the local network.
-
What about music licensing?
You bring the music, so licensing works the same way it does for any pub or venue playing music — your existing PRS/PPL licences cover it. BeatsBingo doesn't stream or distribute music on your behalf.
-
Why is it Mac only?
Because that's what it was built on, and the multi-window host setup lives comfortably inside macOS. Cross-platform is a future problem — not today's.
